Our main team are professional technology and management staffs who are working in engine valves and auto parts industry for more than 20 years. At the present, our main production include engine valves & valve guide. We are a private enterprise integrating professional manufacturing and independent research & development. Now our ability of annual output is 2 million pieces engine valves, our scale ranks on the top in industry. Except OEM domestic small passenger cars, truck and specialized heavy machinery factories, our products are also exported to many overseas market in all over the world. Our factory is producing by German advanced technology and process standard, imported PLC automatic production line, French vacuum heat treatment stove, German QPQ surface nitriding process, bi-metal friction welding machine, tip stellite weld machine, servo static pressure high precision grinding machine, CNC automatic profile grinding machine; Japanese Nikon UTM(universal tool-measuring microscope), German Hommel roughness measurement, cylindricity measurement, ultrofonic reflectoscope,  metallographic structure equipment, digital Rockwell hardness test equipment, etc. At the moment our professional equipments are more than 100 sets. We are doing our best to reach international advance level. 

Our factory strictly produces according to ISO/TS16949:2000 requirements, do quality inspections by national QG/469-2002 and JB/6012 standards. Through continuous independent research, development and technological innovation, our current product quality and automatic level have been at the top of industry.
